Report An Advertisement

To report an inappropriate or age-inappropriate ad, first tap the ad's AdChoices or About This Ad icon, choose Why This Ad, and use Google's Report Ad control when it is available. Google's current instructions are available in My Ad Center Help.

You can also email Checkfall support with the subject "Checkfall ad report." If possible, include whether it appeared as the Home banner or a rewarded ad, the approximate date and time, a screenshot, and why it was inappropriate. Do not include sensitive personal information.

Purchases and Refunds

Checkfall purchases are processed by Apple's App Store and StoreKit systems. Restore purchases from inside the app when available. Refund requests are handled by Apple. Unlimited Plays is a non-consumable purchase that removes the daily Free Play limit and suppresses Checkfall's Home banner and rewarded-ad offer while Apple reports the entitlement as active.

Ad Privacy Choices

Where Google requires an ongoing consent control, open Checkfall Settings and select Privacy Choices. If Privacy Choices is not shown, Google does not currently require that control for the device's consent state or region. Checkfall requests non-personalized ads and does not request IDFA access.

Diagnostics

Checkfall keeps basic launch diagnostics on the device. In Settings, open Privacy + Credits and select Copy Diagnostics if support asks for them. Review the copied text before sending it; diagnostics are not transmitted automatically.

Game Center Features

Leaderboards and achievements may depend on Game Center, network connectivity, compatible app versions, and Apple service availability. Checkfall's core gameplay remains available locally when those services are unavailable.
