Overview
These terms apply to your use of Checkfall, including gameplay modes, optional online features, Game Center features, and purchases made through Apple.
Purchases
If Checkfall offers Unlimited Plays or other purchases, payments are processed through Apple's App Store and StoreKit systems. Purchases unlock the described app functionality as available in the app, subject to these terms and Apple's applicable terms.
Online and Multiplayer Availability
Multiplayer, online rooms, matchmaking, leaderboards, Game Center integrations, and other networked features may depend on Apple services, third-party services, technical availability, app updates, and ongoing support. These features are not guaranteed to be available forever. Checkfall may modify, suspend, or discontinue online or multiplayer functionality in the future.
No Permanent Service Guarantee
Unless a purchase screen explicitly says otherwise, a purchase is not a lifetime guarantee that every online feature, multiplayer feature, leaderboard, matchmaking service, or network service will remain available permanently. Offline and local gameplay may continue to change through normal app updates.
Refunds
Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple where required or applicable. Checkfall does not control Apple's refund decisions or App Store billing systems.
Changes
Checkfall may update these terms as the app changes. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
